Jeffrey Beckwith is a Director of The Patriot Group and manages the Asset Funding division. Mr. Beckwith has over 20 years of mortgage and asset backed capital markets experience. Mr. Beckwith began his career with Greenwich Capital Markets, Inc. in 1985. During his 15 year career at Greenwich Mr. Beckwith held various roles including; origination of non-agency mortgage backed securitizations in particular Home Equity securitizations, Asset and Mortgage Backed sales, Whole Loan-ARMS and Asset Backed Trading, UK securitisation investment banking and management of Greenwich's European Principal Finance activities related to non-performing mortgages. More recently Mr. Beckwith worked for CBA Receivables, LLC a privately held merchant banking company focused on the mortgage finance industry and with ResMAE Mortgage Corporation as their Executive Vice President of Capital Markets. Mr. Beckwith received his B.S. in Administrative Management from Clemson University.

Bill Cargill is a Director of The Patriot Group and heads up special servicing for Patriot's Real Estate division in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Cargill previously served as Director of Credit and Underwriting for CSG Investments, Inc., an opportunistic commercial mortgage investor. Formerly, he served as the Senior Underwriter at ORIX Capital Markets, LLC where he had wide responsibilities including commercial loan underwriting, acquisition due diligence, surveillance of ORIX's whole loan portfolio and the analysis of emerging real estate trends and their impact on the investment portfolio. While at ORIX, Mr. Cargill was instrumental in the underwriting of approximately $1 billion in CMBS subordinated bonds backed by an aggregate $20 billion in real estate assets. He also assisted in the development of the surveillance process for these positions. Earlier in his 15-year career with ORIX and its predecessor companies, Mr. Cargill was a Senior Asset Manager in the special servicing unit, concentrating on owned assets. He has extensive loan workout experience across all major property types in a wide variety of geographic locations, and also has significant experience in management of REO properties. Mr. Cargill holds a B.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.

Peter Faigl is an Advisor for The Patriot Group. Mr. Faigl has over 10 years of asset and mortgage backed capital markets experience. He began his career at Banc of America Securities as a collateral analyst and mortgage backed securities structurer in their Global ABS Group. In 2002, Mr. Faigl joined UBS Investment Bank as a head structurer for their Asset Backed Finance group. In that capacity he was responsible for bidding on whole loan packages, developing pricing models for a variety of non-mortgage assets, documentation negotiation as well as execution of their principal transactions. In 2005, Mr. Faigl joined NewStar Financial, a startup commercial finance company. While at NewStar, Mr. Faigl helped the company develop its asset backed business both with respect to their investments in asset and mortgage backed securities as well as with respect to their direct asset based lending efforts. He is a graduate of James Madison University with degrees in Quantitative Finance and Economics and a minor in Mathematics. Mr. Faigl is a CFA charterholder.

Jack Field is the Chief Financial Officer of The Patriot Group. Mr. Field previously served as the Assistant Controller of Gerald Metals, a nonferrous and precious metal trading firm. Mr. Field's responsibilities consisted of managing the annual audit process for the consolidated group, statutory reporting for foreign subsidiaries, organized entity structures for acquisitions and JV's, supporting the due diligence process for multiple financing facilities and corporate compliance. Mr. Field has over 15 years of accounting experience in the private sector. Mr. Field holds a B.S. from Bryant College.

Daniel Harrington is engaged by Patriot's Real Estate Finance division. Mr. Harrington has over 16 years of diverse commercial real estate experience, including extensive experience in the origination, structuring and securitization of commercial real estate loans across the full spectrum of property types. Mr. Harrington joined Patriot from CapitalSource Finance (NYSE: CSE) where he was a Director and one of the senior members of their real estate division. While at CapitalSource he focused on providing real estate debt financing in the form of mezzanine and high-leverage senior mortgage loans throughout the United States. Mexico and Canada. Prior to joining CapitalSource, Mr. Harrington held senior executive positions in the real estate divisions of Lehman Brothers and Nomura Asset Capital Corporation where he participated in the origination of over $1 billion of fixed and floating rate real estate loans. During the early 1990's, he was one of the original members of the J.E. Robert team of acquisition/due diligence professionals that partnered with Goldman Sachs' Whitehall Fund to acquire bulk loan portfolios. In this position, he led teams that acquired loan pools from the RTC, FDIC and various commercial lending institutions. Mr. Harrington holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University and an M.S. from Florida International University.

John C. Howe is the CEO and Shareholder of The Patriot Group. Mr. Howe founded Old Hill Partners in 1996 and The Patriot Group in 2002. Prior to founding Old Hill Partners, Mr. Howe was a Managing Director at Nomura Securities in New York from 1990 to 1995 where he oversaw the $40 billion Government Business Unit, which included U.S. Treasury and Agency trading, Repo and Money Markets as well as the Canadian Fixed Income operations. Prior to joining Nomura, Mr. Howe was a partner and senior vice-president at Kidder Peabody, where he managed and traded fixed income securities for seven years. Mr. Howe received his B.A. from Tufts University and an MIA from Columbia University (with a specialization in international business). He was a Captain in the United States Army, serving ten years in both an active and reserve capacity. Mr. Howe is married with four children and lives in Westport, Connecticut.

Mark Warnken is an Associate Portfolio Manager at The Patriot Group, Mr. Warnken joined Patriot with broad experience in credit analysis and private equity including, most recently, serving as a credit analyst for Old Hill Partners. Prior to joining Old Hill Partners, Mr. Warnken was a partner at a business process outsourcing company where he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential acquisitions. Mr. Warnken began his career as an investment banking analyst in the Natural Resources group at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Warnken received his BA from Yale University and is a Level II CFA candidate. Mr. Warnken is married with two children and lives in Darien, Connecticut.
